About Us

Do you feel you can do more? Do you want to connect with yourself and control your stress?

Our three main efforts will be to establish Tai Chi, Yoga, and Meditation in the lives of many students.

Tai Chi: Meets every morning at 8:00am in St. Mary’s Lounge and Thursdays at 5pm in St. Mary’s Lounge.

Yoga: Certified Instructor Ilona Holland will bring Yoga on campus for Free.

Every Tuesday nights at 9:00pm in the Catholic Student Center


Every Other Thursdays at 5:3opm in the Catholic Student Center


Meditation: Meditation will be taught and practiced at the CAM Club (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) every Wednesdays at 4:30pm in Terrapin Rooms B/C
